“Kim Snyder is a valuable asset to our gallery capturing our local surroundings and presenting them with exceptional elegance. Showcasing the wide range of Kim’s painting talent, featuring the local wildlife, including local landscapes and birds along our coast, to the wild horses of Return to Freedom. Kim has also painted many of our clients pets.” Quote from a gallery manager during the Solo Maritime Museum Exhibition showing her large paintings.

Working in oil, graphite, acrylic, photography, fabric, and whatever inspires me.
I’ve studied art all my life, painting professionally over 35 years. I feel fortunate to have lived in Carpinteria for the last 30 years. Always appreciating the surrounding beauty of the area and its wildlife, I try to capture these elements in my art.
